Referrals:  If someone has referred any of our products or services to a user through any of our referral programs, that person may have provided us with the user's name, email address, and other personal information. As a processor, we may be entrusted with information that you or your organization control, including data about your customers and employees if you are a controller, or data that you hold and use on behalf of another person for a specific purpose. In relation to our mobile applications, you can opt to grant access to certain information stored on your mobile device, such as camera, call history, and contact information. We will only share this information with our mapping providers for mapping user locations. How ScaleJet uses your service data

ScaleJet processes your service data in accordance with your instructions through our various service modules. For instance, when you utilize our invoicing service to create an invoice, we will use the relevant customer details to generate the invoice. Similarly, if you use our email marketing service, we will use the email addresses of the individuals on your mailing list to send the emails.

Push notifications

If you have opted to receive notifications on our desktop or mobile applications, we will send push notifications using a third-party push notification provider, such as Apple Push Notification Service, Google Cloud Messaging, or Windows Push Notification Services. You can modify your notification preferences or disable these notifications by adjusting the notification settings in the relevant application or device.

For individuals in the European Economic Area who believe that we store, use, or process their information on behalf of one of our customers, they should contact the customer directly if they wish to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to processing, or export their personal data. Do Not Track (DNT) requests
